Bespoke Remade Jewellery

As well as all-new custom jewellery, we also offer a bespoke remake service for our Hertford customers. Here we take a cherished item of jewellery—perhaps something inherited from a loved one—and incorporate elements of it into a new piece, unique to you. In this way, treasured memories and hopes for the future are entwined to create a bespoke, signature item of jewellery.

Our Jewellery-Making Process

We listen

The perfect piece of jewellery starts with a story, and you are key to that process. You will talk directly to our designer, Andy, helping us to uncover what you want the piece to represent. When remaking jewellery, we will discuss which elements you want to incorporate into the new design, using these as our inspiration.

We design

Andy then gets to work coming up with concept art for the new piece. These will be shared with you for your feedback, along with suggestions of which metals and gemstones to use in its creation. We will take as many passes at this design phase as needed until you’re happy with the style and presentation.

We finalise

Once you’ve agreed on how the piece should look and the materials we should use, we create a final design for your approval. This takes the form of a three-dimensional image that you can inspect at your leisure to get a real feel for the final piece. Any last-minute changes can be made at this stage before you give us the go-ahead to make the real thing.

We make

We have our own workshop here in Hertford, where work is performed in-house by our skilled and experienced craftspeople, Jackie and Emily. All custom jewellery is crafted with love and attention, and with Jackie's decades of expertise under our belts, you can be certain only the highest quality pieces will be created in our workshop. We work to the exact specifications of your final design, enduring a finished product that is everything you hoped it would be.
